I love love love Hard Yogas new studio!!. It’s so beautiful. It’s Bali style decor with a calm, tranquil bliss feel will make any yogi feel at home here. There are two huge rooms with numerous classes with morning & evening class times offered. The studio offers barre, ashtanga, flow, hard yoga and many other classes. Every teacher at the studio is highly trained and knows their craft beautifully;) I feel so refreshed & enlightened after each & every class I attend. There are also nutrition & yogi workshops thought the month too;) I saved the best for last.... They have child care too;)!

Best yoga studio around. I have been to many, many studios and found just the right balance at Hard Yoga. As the name oh so subtly suggests: it is hard. (beginners: keep reading) It builds muscles I didn’t even know I had. I am stronger from practicing here than any other studio around (I’ve tried them all!) and have seen awesome changes in my body. But at the same time Monica, the owner and main teacher, and her staff are THE REAL DEAL. Before I first gave it a shot, I was afraid I would get “aerobics gym yoga”, but was pleasantly surprised. Monica is deeply into meditation, sound baths, and other aspects of yoga beyond the purely physical. She is a kind nurturing soul who can kick your butt when needed (often). She meets each student at his or her own level and clearly sees needs and strengths. Then she knows just how to guide you to where you want to be. She is so passionate about helping all yogis develop on their path and I feel so blessed to have found Hard Yoga! 10 stars!! Wait.. that’s even before I mention: they offer childcare for some classes. Bonus stars!!

HARD yoga is located at 6781 Warner Avenue next to the post office between GoldenWest and Edwards.  HARD yoga has a private parking lot located behind the building where the entrance is located.  Parking is also available in front.  

The barre studio has natural light through wood forest windows.  The yoga studio is enormous with an ambient that cannot be duplicated. The TRX studio is perfect for a semi private session.  All classes are considered multi level and all are welcome. Yoga is about learning yourself. You work at a pace that is appropriate for you, always. HARD yoga is designed to be challenging to both the physical body and cardiovascular system, but also to the mind, which controls the rest.

hard THERAPY : Signature yin yoga class which is geared toward fewer postures with longer hold.  This class has it all, mindful accents from Hatha, Hot, Kundalini, and Ashtanga to create a more evolved therapeutic experience like NO OTHER.  This easy moving yoga class is designed to be approachable and challenging to a brand new or injured student to the advanced yogi alike. Therapeutic may be used and are supplied for deep fascia release, spinal realignment, injury repair, and sore muscle relief; accompanied with chakra balancing sound bath therapy for a complete experience.  ALL LEVELS - 75 minutes

hard BARRE®: Signature blend of ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength to maximize results in minimum time. hard PILATES: A wildly popular cross fusion class blending philosophies and disciplines from yoga, and the strength and core building philosophies of pilates. 60 minutes - ALL LEVELS

hard ASHTANGA: Ashtanga is a method of yoga that synchronizes breath with a progressive series of postures; a process producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The results include improved circulation, a lean, strong body, and a calm mind. Primary series follows the traditionally taught ashtanga principles in a 60 minute version that alternates layer 2 additions - 60 min

ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES: Follows the traditional sequence - 90 minutes

YOUTH yoga/aerial/TRX: offered during summer and school breaks / in off seasons youth participants may attend any class deemed appropriate on the regular schedule.

KIDS CLUB:  is a great place for your little ones 12 months and up to hang out with friends and learn to play and socialize with others while you take class in the next room.
