Yoga expert and founder of HARD yoga, Monica Carroll, hosts teacher training course in January for teachers and yoga enthusiasts
Monica Carroll will be hosting a 200-hour power Vinyasa Course starting in January, 2019, to educate teachers and anyone who really wants to know more about yoga and its immense benefits. The training course is scheduled to run from January 17th to March 14th, offering a comprehensive package to all attendees with each student leaving with a Vinyasa Flow Certification.
Yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines and the art has become increasingly popular in recent times with millions of people across the globe looking to benefits from its immense features and healing capabilities. However, many people across the globe are yet to have a good understanding of yoga and how it can be of help to their wellbeing and development as humans. This is where Monica Carroll and her team at HARD yoga are looking to make a difference with the 200-hour power Vinyasa Course.
The training is designed to educate attendees on how to create various vinyasa flow patterns while uncovering the vast world of yoga and its philosophies. The course is a comprehensive training program to help students develop and teach and successful vinyasa flow class.
