Hot yoga is a traditionally sequenced class following the teaching of Bikram College of India. 26 postures and 2 breathing techniques are done in the traditionally taught 90 minute hatha yoga class. Students are taught the fundamental philosophies of the Hot Yoga practice, focusing on total body detoxification and spinal realignment safe for all levels – Heated – 90 min
